Hometown Hero Banner Program

A light post banner program to honor Toombs County, military veterans.

Lyons Main Street is designing a group of light post banners that will honor the military servicemen and women of Toombs County to be hung downtown. The banner will consist of a photo, military branch, war if applicable, and years of service. 

We are in the beginning stages of the program and are gauging interest to see if there are enough people interested in participation. The cost is $100. The banners will be hung twice a year in July and October. There will be two service people per banner, one on each side.
